My wife and I only met JC a few times, but his impact was everlasting. From the start we could feel his big heart and see how much he cared for his family. He even made us feel like family.
We know that JC was a good man because we can see this reflected today in Shannon, Jeremy and Jordan. Please take some comfort in knowing how many lives JC touched and what an impact he made on the world while he was here.
Love,
Ed and Bethany

I met JC when he was helping Carol at The Doggy Bag.. I loved him immediately and always looked forward to walking in and seeing him. He would welcome me as if I was a good friend and always ask about my family and my dogs even remembering their names.. My heart breaks for his family and for Carol. I’m so sorry .....

Well, my dear friend...you are gone much too soon. You will leave a hole in my heart forever. There was no one like you, and there will never be another. We laughed, we cried,we sang, we danced, and had some of the deepest conversations I have had with anyone. My 3 daughters loved you, and I love your 3 sons...you did a fabulous job with those men. We will all carry on...as you would have wanted...with a laugh and a toast, and sometimes a tear...but oh, so many wonderful memories of times spent with you and Ray... every time I look at that big beautiful moon, I will think of you...Somewhere Out There.

JC was such a sweet, caring man. When Ken told him of our troubles with our son, he had great advice and wisdom. He always would check up to see how Ken was doing. Truly an angel on earth.

Sheri & I met JC several years ago and becanme fast friends. JC helped us decorate numerous properties and we truly enjoyed working with him. Our friendship continued to grow with both JC and Ray. After helping us with a home in Destiny East, JC & Ray were married at the house that he helped us make into a home. We love you and miss you JC - God Bless.

JC is such a special man to many, and we are so thankful and honored to call him our friend. We met JC and Ray in Key West, and the connection was instant. We have been friends since. JC was special. He loved life and his smile was contagious. His passion for life, his good nature and free spirit was obvious in everything he did. We shared so many good times and laughs, and those are memories we will cherish. Love and prayers to Ray and famlily. We love you, Godspeed dear friends.

Ray and Family,
May you be surrounded by love during this difficult time.
JC loved Ray, his sons and family, and especially his twin grandsons, and shared this joy with their friends.
I’ll cherish our time together at gatherings, dinners on 30A, and travels to Puerto Vallarta and Provincetown.
JC’s impact is far reaching and will carry on through us all.
My thoughts and prayers are with you.

Words can not express the loss that I feel. JC was my best friend he was always there for me to cheer me up or give me words of advice. We had so many great times together from trips to Key West and Puerto Vallarta to just hssnging out on 30a hitting all the happy hours. He always knew how to put a smile on my face or make me laugh. We could talk endlessly of fun times we had or what new adventures we could try. Both him and Ray have a special place in my heart. I know one day I will see you again my friend and now you are a angel looking over us now I love you and will miss you.

JC was a true blessing to me. Meeting him through Lola’s was a gift. He never came or went that he didn’t have a positive thing to say and a hug to say hello or goodbye. He was full of encouragement. Someone you feel better having seen and had the opportunity to be around. I loved him. We loved talking about our grandsons He leaves a huge void for so many. My heart goes out to Ray and the rest of his famiy during this sad time.

Our dear Friend JC.
For almost two decades you and Ray have been apart of our lives and family. So many laughs, tears and love.

A void that shall never be filled, it is grief that hurts so very much but it is the price of Love.
I
We have lit a candle in our heart for you dear friend, it will never go out. Our tears of today will flow into memories of love and laughter, for that is what you gave us. Thank you dear friend.
