Mrs. Sumintra V. Rossman, age 61, of Niceville, Florida, passed away on Monday, December 23, 2019. She was born May 20, 1958 to parents, Ram & Meena Ramlahkhan in Penal, Trinidad.

She is survived by her husband, Paul, and a loving family in Trinidad, West Indies.
