Stephen Emory Carr

Steve Carr (68) of Niceville passed away peacefully with his family by his side on August 7th. Steve retired from Gulf Power after 40 years of service. He was preceded in death by his parents, Emory and Earlene Carr, brother Earl Benjamin, and sister-in-law Janie. Steve is survived by his sons, David, Daniel (Darby), and Andrew; former spouse Teresa; granddaughter Grace; brother Howard (Deabron); sister-in-law Linda Carr; nephews, nieces, extended family, and friends. A special thank you to the staff and caregivers at Westwood Nursing Home for the comfort and care they provided for Steve. As he requested, there will be no services; Steve will be laid to rest at Mencie And Virgie Adams Memorial Garden in Holt, Florida.
